Nature’s Rocks for aquariums are designed specifically for use in freshwater or saltwater fish tanks; these rocks will not alter the chemistry of your aquarium water, and provides a great place for beneficial nitrifying bacteria to colonize. MORE When adding our rocks to your fish tank we recommend using Live Sand or our Live Reef Substrates for the bed base then place your aquarium rock on top. If it is a freshwater tank then we recommend adding our Aqua Terra freshwater sand or our Pure Water Pebbles decorative pebbles first then stack your rocks on top.
